Does anyone suffer with it badly ?

I’ve had a few weird symptoms lately and last night was the worse nights sleep I’ve had in a decade.

Symptoms:
Weird slight chest pain
Sore throat
Sneezing
Bunged up nose
Tooth ache “also itchy gums”
Slightly out of breath.
Ear pressure
Itchy skin

It’s only really noticeable when I go to bed.

I know there’s other reasons for the symptoms and I’m due a check up.

suffering at night time is because the pollen starts to settle and comes down as the air temp drops .
Allereze plus was a good hay fever tab for relieving symptoms

That makes sense. It’s within minutes of going to bed.

Install air conditioning it makes a huge difference.

We’ve got an air purifier I’ll try that and look into AC

The last one, I swear I can feel the pollen move and then it itches.

I think the pains are down to stress atm

We’ve got an air purifier I’ll try that and look into AC

you can get two room split systems for under £1000. Much quieter than the in room portable options, that use a hose.

people who are allergic to pollen are often allergic to dust mites as well
