Hi any car fanatics out there who have not yet paid a visit to the home of diy car maintenance, the museum is located at Sparkford near Salisbury, the museum itself is a bit isolated ( it needs the space ) if your not local its worth booking a B&B just for a visit, forget modern paintwork the paint coach work on this car is like a mirror. look in the back of your Haynes manual,

Drove past it a couple of years ago, wanted to stop, but Mrs Secure had a date with Stonehenge...:(
 
Yep it's a great car museum, been there many a time with the boys, the smell when you stick your nose up against the open window of an ancient mini or whatever you had as a youngen is so provocative! And Fleet Air Museum is just down the road which is cracking, if you want to make a day of it. They have an original test Concorde which you can go on board.

another museum that is worth visiting is the Brooklands museum. Think they have recently done some building alterations there

cars , bikes, aircraft ect some of the aircraft u can go into .
