The plastic vent screen pops off - put a screwdriver in the outer slots and carefully lever.
The steel cover should have bolts at the top, and also at the back of the engine.

Thanks John, Yes I saw the bolts they look easy enough it was removing the cover that foxed me.The plastic vent screen pops off - put a screwdriver in the outer slots and carefully lever.

Now to rub down and coat with
Hycote Black Engine Enamel 400ml.
