Head of water

Hi,

I am going to replace my bath taps the new ones require 0.2 bar which i understand to be 2m head of water.

Where do i measure from?

Is it from the water level in the tank to the bottom of my cylinder?

Is it from the bottom of my water tank to the bottom of the cylinder?

Its from the bottom of the storage tank in the loft to the taps themselves.
