Do you have to be a Clear Skies type registered installer to fit a ground source heat pump system? (or any heat pump system for that matter) 
The Clear Skies has been taken over by BRE Microgeneration certification. As far as I know there is no requirement to register unless you wish to qualify for the grants available. So far few have signed up because, as you can probably guess, it costs a fortune and the grants run out very quickly each month.
