Heating not working. Help required to Diagnose

Is it something I should be worried about still ?

Nothing to worry about, that is the correct and expected readings/operation. The 50-150V I list is just a vague reading, different meters will read this differently. As long as it's not 240V it is good. (my meter reads 75v)

Seems good days are not back yet. The Glowworm Ultimate 80FF refused to fire since yesterday afternoon. Tried to understand the manual and other threads but not sure whether to root out the electrics or not. The pilot light is continuously on. There is no sparks or fan switching on. I couldnt locate the overheat switch (reset button). Assuming nothing to do with the actuator replacement because it is still working in concert with the program controls

Tried to switch off all the power to house but the blue light from viewing window is still visible after couple of minutes. Could you help provide idea what could be fault ? Fan, main solenoid etc or how to go about it... photos attached. A helpful local guy has been called but I still need to get the parts and he would arrive later in the evening only or tomorrow...

If the pilot has lit and it isn't sparking then you need someone who is gas safe registered and competent with boiler repairs to replace the offending part. Not a DIY job as there are severe consequences if you get it wrong....

offending part not clear but could be pcb or fan.... i understand fan is not diy...what about pcb ?

I would love to tell you what is wrong with your boiler because I have seen this one a few times and could bask in the glory of being a smartarr5e - but it really really isn't something you should think about touching as you will not be able to do the job without specialist test equipment and knowledge. Find yourself a local gas man or woman who you can trust not to rip you off. Most of the self-employed gas installers that i know only rip themselves off by underchargjng and being soft on customers....rogue traders are in the minority but sadly make far more exciting television viewing than 'really nice honest and decent traders'.

you could take a punt on a fixed price repair ftom sse which is 150 all-in if you are worried about being presented with a mahoosive bill.

Please don't mess with it yourself.

No one would be seen as a smart arse giving forum prohibited DIY gas advice.

Furthermore in an extreme case they could be taken to court and done for many thousands of pounds if anything went wrong.
