Hi, new member here.
Anyone know where I can purchase a Thermal Fuse for this boiler ? Manufacturer won't supply it, without the primary heat-exchanger.

vaillant are the same wont supply the fuse as a spare part, but then if the heat ex has got hot enough to melt the thermal fuse it wont be useable, (I think they go about 160c)

Why did the boiler overheat?

Who has inspected it for damage?

Replacing EITHER part needs an RGI as its not a DIY job.
