help about sterling 10 installation

hello everybody,
I've just bought sterling 10 and I've tried to install it, I've just wired the whole system using the manual, but starting the system using fuse will cause an error which says: " System disarmed conserv"
any help?

Bet it's a second hand job off Ebay.

it was packed with tamper switch in case. but if it is second hand what can i do?
