Help finding a part

Hi, i need a Rafi push button switch (up / down operator) for a commerical ramp, item number 1.20 116 but cannot get one anywhere. Have tried shops and internet and wondered if anyone new of a place to try.

Thanks have already tried there and they are looking into it for me. However i am in quite a rush for the part so need to try other places to.

Can you post a photograph of the part? I have replaced push buttons on ramps before using telemechanique push buttons - as long as they do the same function and are suitable for the location then I don't see a problem.
EAO do good quality push button modular switches but I have found them a bit of a nighmare to order from in the past.

How many connections and what type of connection is there on each switch? The last one I did had 2 push buttons with a N/C and a N/O contact on each wired as such that the N/C contact fed the N/O on the other switch so pressing both together resulted in nothing happening.

Spark123 there is one push button which looks like 16mm and the back has 4 screw terminals (sorry can't get a picture on). The top two terminals connect the up and down switches together and the lower 2 terminals go to the electronics terminals in the control unit.
Do you thinks any 16mm 4 terminal switch would be okay to use???
