I live on a housing estate. I would like to make the front of my home look nice. Previous occupants have painted the paving stones at the front door step area. Which looks really horrible as the paint is flaking off. I was thinking of tilling the entire step which is roughly 8ft by 2ft. I have asked a gentlemen who was working on a neighbours step area and he said he would do it for £100. Is that a fair amount to pay for the job.

without looking at the job, no body could tell you for definate, but it is only a small job and with the 2 visits, seems a fair price for the amount of work.

and does this include the adhesive and grout?

you wont get much cheaper than that quote.
