Help identifying type of downlight please

Hello!

I moved into a new house yesterday and one of the little downlights in a bathroom was flickering on and off. I assumed a simple bulb change was in order but I was mistaken. It's not just a bulb and now I feel like I'm dissecting a light with no clue what I'm doing. I don't even know what this type of fitting would be called to google for help. Any advice?

Looks like a complete unit that you cant replace the leds on.

If you pull it out of the ceiling it will likely have a model number on it.
