The instructions calls for flushing the water out of the front which in assuming is a good idea anyway to get any debris and dirt out from soldering etc so that it doesn’t clog the final fittings when installed. But in order to flush it and prevent splashing I’m told I need a 1/2” male fitting. I’m assuming it would need to be flat faced because there just be a washer sealing it inside and not the olive type?
Can anyone recommend any sort of product ideally with shut off valve or I can probably just put temporary isolators in it. But need to try and find something that will thread in and give me access to connect a hose or something to flush it with
