Help Me - Activ8 Dualtec Model: 8IR110

Hi Guys,

Having issue with dual Tec installed in a conservatory microwave seems to be constantly in alarm condition, so basically its just functioning as a PIR at the moment and due to the heat constantly alarming customer not too happy, I have emailed Honeywell technical support but that seems none existent, Could do with a copy of an installation manual for it if anyone could point me in the right direction Cheers

Its brand new out of the box so don't seem to get it, Do you suspect faulty detector or is it just microwave setting set too high possibly ??

1st thing to set up us the microwave,walk outside checking that the yellow microwave light is not coming on,as it will leak out reduce untill it does not pick up outside ,then set pir to min and walk test inside adjusting up if not picking up. You also have settings for harsh environment but set up first.
