i do not mean to be rude, but your comments show you have little knowledge of boilers, so be careful, if you have the manufcturers instructions you need to look for "reset button" or "reset system" usually a button or switch on the front somewhere, sometimes there is a dial switch with "off" "reset" "on" move switch to reset then back to on it may work, some reset buttons are the red light itself so try to push that in, if it wont reset you will need to get an engineer in to look at it, just a thought but do you def have gas, it wouldn't be the first time i went to one where the gas was off due to credit meter running out or gas being switched off
