Help needed wiring a replacement double light switch (old configuration to new)

For those wot dosn't know: these black switch blocks consist of 2 contacts each, that's one at the top and one at the bottom with an internal link between the 2 'common' terminals. IE there are 2 'common' terminals per switch block Eric was right on the button with the first reply any others (apart from those relating to earthing) regarding the wiring combinations are superfluous.
