Help - penetrating damp issue - suggestions welcome :)

Hi there:

1900 Victorian end of terrace house.

Penetrating damp showing on 1st floor corridor. See internal and external pics (where moss is growing).

This is a small patch. Not sure much can be done to stop a bit of water dropping on this brickwork (i.e. cannot solve the root cause). Instead, can anyone help as to what can be done to help stop this, e.g. masonry cream etc?

is that a gable wall?

what is the wall like in the loft?

is there a chimney?

does water drip out of any of those pipes?

stand back and take as wide a view as you can please

of all three areas

and from the front and back gardens, the condition of the roof and slipped slates

Hi:

Slightly better pics attached.

Worth noting that the damp patch is above the pipes, but fairly low down on the first floor.

On the questions:

- Yes, gable wall.
- walls in loft are decent condition / dry
- no chimney
- no drips from pipes (damp patch about a foot above pipes)
- roof in very good condition (recent loft conversion)

Hi - 90cm wide corridor; staircase to loft. Nothing damp related.

Brickwork needs repointing , close proximity to neighbour severely hampers natural drying process, parapet wall to roof?

it’s possible, if the stairs is directly opposite that heat from downstairs is rising and settling on the wall causing it to condensate.
