Help problems with a airloc

Hi there i have been trying to get rid of my airlock for months basically i have a conventional system with a back boiler the cylinder is in the downstairs kitchen cupboard, the system is a y plan, i have a problem with a air lock in the upstairs bathroom i have back flushed the system with a hose tap to tap and the airlock went but a week later its back i have got a power shower the pump is combined within the shower, the cold water is fine but its just the hot that mucks about and airlocks. when running the shower i also have no hot water to the basin tap

Could be the way the pump has been installed. Any pics of pump and cylinder may help.

Hi there the shower is a all in one with pump inside the shower unit its self

Is it only the bathroom or do you loose flow to the kitchen hot aswell ?

Has it only started happening since shower installed ?
