Help Removing Fan

hi guys.
i need to remove the fan from my old gloworm 40rf boiler to send for
recon as these fans are not made anymore.

please have a look at the image in my album and tell me, if i just need to remove the 4 screws (arrowed) to take the fan out?. if not, any advice on how to remove it will be great.

i will be getting a qualified person to refit after i get the fan reconditioned.

There will also be a seal between fan and unit that'll need prising apart

am i correct in thinking it is the 4 screws + the seal then pull out the fan unit?

i don't want to damage anything as the point of this exsersize is to save
a bit of money which is in short supply at the mo.
