Help replacing a ceiling rose

Hi folks

I'm trying to replace a ceiling rose with a new fitting that only have the LNE connector. There's plenty of video tutorials about but every one I've watched has more cables involved. See the attached pictures of the current and new fitting.

Well, the Grey with blue sleeve is presumably the Neutral, and
the Black with brown sleeve presumably the Live.
Green and Yellow is earth.

It is impossible to tell on the internet what the Brown is doing so put it in another separate connector not touching anything else.
