Help With Recommendation Codes 1-4

Here is my personal opinion on what codes these deserve

tails in xs of 2m (more like 12m) without fusing down
Afaict there are no rules in BS7671 on this so it shouldn't get a code at all unless it's causing other problems (e.g. inadequate protection of the tails or unacceptable voltage drop)

same tails chased in the wall at skirting level
I'd say code 2 and also warn whoever is responsible for the property not to go drilling there.

all sockets (more than 1 circuit0 on one MCB (there are actually 5 conductors in this mcb)
Depends, if you think the MCB is likely to be overloades overloaded or some of the runs are a bit underprotected then I'd say code 2, maybe even code 1 (depending partly on how likely those runs are to be overloaded). otherwise code 4.

an MEC starting life as 16mm² then blocked to 10mm²
If the block in question is the main earth terminal and all the cables are big enough (check adbiatic) then no code at all.

If it's a random peice of terminal block or the earth is a little undersized I'd again say code 2.

No E link to sockets where conduit is cpc
I'd say code 2 if everything seems to be in very good condition, code 1 if you think there is any risk of the screws failing to carry an earth through.
