Help with two way diagram

Firstly - great website.

I've been attempting to set-up a two-way switching system for some hall/landing lights.

Sorry for the incredibly thick question but: - I can follow the colour diagram by "ban-all-sheds" on page 1 of the FAQ for wiring two-way switches but I have no idea where the wires from the lights fit into the equation???

I have know doubt I've missed the blindingly obvious but pointing it out would be much appreciated.
