Hiding pipework under wall mounted vanity.

It's my first house so I am very new to how things work.. please bear with me..

The Mrs wants a wall mounted vanity in our new bathroom, but I can't chase the pipe work into the wall because it's solid external facing wall which I'm worried could allow the pipe work to freeze on a very cold day.

What options are there to hide waste and hot/cold feeds?

Box it in. If walls are being tiled tile over the boxed in pipes.

Depending on dimensions you could build a shallow partition to wall face to hide all pipes etc.Only needs to be 50-60mm deep.

You should not be, unless you already get sheets of ice forming on the walls inside your house

Think op wants pipes to the vanity unit hidden [wall mount, not floor].
