High pressure etc -Vokera

Boiler-Vokera 20-80 RS Flowmaster 2 main problems.

1) Pressure dial reads 3 bar (recommended 1.5-2) and overflow is dripping.
I drained some water from the system at the lowest rad and pressure dropped and overflow stopped.Pressure has since increased back to 3 bar & overflowing again - any ideas ??

2) Lounge rad is hot at top cold at bottom
