Hi, I'm having a problem installing the Hikvision Doorbell Camera DS KIS 603-P.
I have run cat 5 outside to the Bell & to the monitor.
Made it off with RJ 45's, carried out out a cable test which was fine.
Plugged in the Hikvision bell & Monitor & then into my TP Link 8 way switch which is already running 4 other bits of kit, so I know that the switch is working fine.
After plugging everything in I get nothing, no auto start up on any of the Hikvision kit, it's new out the box ?
I'm just downloading the Hikvision SADP tool to see if that would help.
Any help & advice would be most welcome.

That’s not a POE switch ….as per photo …it would have PE in the part number not just E

As above, it's not a PoE switch which means it can't supply power to PoE devices. You either need to buy a PoE switch, or you can use a PoE injector to supply power to the doorbell, or the doorbell might come with its own PSU which you need to connect. I think it's the latter in this case.

Thank you very much for your help, I'll order one straight away... any recommendations on makes, be back for some more help I'm sure when it arrives lol.
