Hinges!

Hi there, I'm looking for some help with a hinge I need. It's from an old kitchen cupboard door. It's more a mini larder than a kitchen cupboard though, so the doors are fairly heavy.

I can't find a hinge like it anywhere, and I really need one, as one has broken.

Here is a picture of the hinge.

Anyone know where I can get one from? Preferrably a chain store so I can get it local.
