Hive install please help!

If replacing a Siemens rwb29 which has industry standard back plate N L 1 hw off 2 ch off 3 hw on 4 ch on, will hive just clip on it with no rewiring. Standard boiler and hot water cylinder. Thermostat that I will just turn up full and leave Thanks!!

Yes, as you can see the connections for the RWB29 and the Dual Channel Hive are identical, so assuming the old backplate is in a good condition then it should swap straight over.

For the sake of 10 minutes, I usually exchange the backplate anyway. Then the backplate and receiver are both new together.
