Hive installation

I am wanting to connect Hive heating to a Alpha CD25C that has the extra clock and a wired thermostat fitted.
Here is the boiler wiring diagram:

And the Hive install diagram:

Am I correct in thinking I wire it like this:

HIve----------------Boiler
Live ---------------- Live
Neutral-------------Neutral
1 Common----------Term 2
3 Heating On-------Term 1
Earth to Earth

I remove the current time clock and themostat and dont replace the link, just wire it up as above?
