Have sorted it and the system is working fine. All I did was the red and yellow together I believe this is live and switched live. Now I know this is coorect I will chocolate block the red and yellow and isolate the neutral blue. Remove the cradle and place a cover over the wires to make safe.

It's the3 way pump hot water gravity heating pumped

A 3 way valve or Y plan is not gravity hot water.

Gravity hot water means an ancient floor standing cast iron boiler with 1" or larger pipes from boiler to the hot water cylinder, the cylinder heats whenever the boiler is on as the water circulates purely due to the fact hot water will rise. No cylinder thermostat, no pump, as basic as you can get.
