Honeywell Accenta Alarm System

hi hope someone has a suggestion. Only recently replaced my old system with this new unit, it has an lcd keypad ADE Gen 4. For no reason with the alarm unset and the display showing time and date the keypad produces a high volume bleeping tone which resets after a period of 2/3 minutes. There is no alarm showing or tamper fault showing? Cannot decide if the fault is from the keyboard or triggered from the alarm panel, the other thing is what triggers the condition. The keypad sounder is normally triggered by an alarm, the outside sounder is not triggered or the separate internal sounder is not triggered just the keypad.
Any suggestions please.

so you get a beep that lasts for 2 to 3 minutes but nothing shows on the panels keypad and there is nothing in the log?
