I have a Honeywell Alarm dialer attached to my burglar alarm.
When it goes off I get a call and to cancel it ringing more persons you have to hold the star key for at least one second then repeat after a tone.
Problem I have found lately is that the iPhone will not hold star long enough for it to cancel. This is despite pressing and holding the key.
I am having to either put the pin into the dialer or allowing it to time out completely.
Does anyone know if there is a fix for this or do I need a new dialer?
