Just got a Honeywell le sucre system from what I read you need to login or create an account with Honeywell connect to add pirs contacts etc when I try to create one it asked for a 20 digit code which is located on back of box but all I can find is the s/n Code and s long bar code (which is more than 20) and on the fob box s/n code-man code-technical code can anyone help if this isn't possible is there anyway to add things without opening account thanks in advance .
