Honeywell P026 RIO

I've purchased a P026 rio and for some reason when i connect a keypad to the 12V+1 and 0v connection the keypad works but when it's connected to the 12V+2 second set of power connections it doesn't get any power.

Am i missing something or is the panel faulty?

Probably the fuse protecting the secondary power feed. Check all the fuses F1, F2, F3 & F4

I'll check them, even though its a New panel!

Despite being a new panel it was the fuse in F4. I swapped it with the one in F3 and power was applied.
Fuse confirmed dead by multimeter.
