I came home to a fault on the washing machine which indicayed that there was a blockage in the pipe, I removed the filter at the rear of the machine and cleared the blockage. To ensure that the system was operating correctly I put the system on a "refreash" cycle, the machine ran well until the end of the cycle and then it was like the program just stopped, the screen displayed Spin, there was no water visable in the drum and the door light was also on, so I am unable to open the door. I removed the pipe and filter again to ensure the blockage was clear and to check that all the water had come out of the machine at the end of the cycle, the filter was clear and there was no more than a small bowl of water remaining in the washing machine, I have press cancel to clear the program but the door lock light remains on.
I'm not sure what to try next and I would be very grateful of any help.
