Hi, lets take one thing at a time, pump too slow can i check this if so how?
secondly, filter blocked how do i unblock? i think it could be this!!
once again thanks for replying

i would check the filter first its connected to the pump. you will have to unplug and remove inlet hoses put m/c on its back, you will then see it.

one other thing did you "adjust" the brushes as it shows on the packet they came in?

could even be motor had it

Yes i adjusted the brushes flicked a piece of metal carbon things flicked out. They did need replacing compared to the ones i bought they were worn down. i honestly thought that was that it seemed faster all the cycles. So the filter is underneath the machine?
