House Alarm Problem PIR Active

I was always taught that you should learn, to be told the answer means you learn nothing.

what would reconnecting everything achieve?

read my previous post again, read what it says, not what you think it says.

clue: walk test, did I say to walk test it?

You have got me laughing this end.

I tried to set it and it continued to give me the same original error message.

Am I getting warmer?

and you deeinently had the zones linked out?

from what you have said it sound like your panel is kaput. How ever, it is rare panels go kaput like this.

please post a pciture of the connections, as close and clear as possible please

I am unable to definitely say all zoned out - I undid the wires labelled for the PIR. Upstairs one didn't work either when I walk tested. Just going to get my camera.

:) thats better. i can see that.

you have not done what i told you to do, and you have done what i never said to do.

You have taken out the tamper wires, i never said to do that.
you have not linked out the circuit
you HAVE linked out a tamper

you must put a link where all wires were. so you will have 3 more links
Z2 link
T2link

Z3 link

you will also need to put the lid back on before you try and set it

breezer, I do appreciate your help, I will keep trying, but is this really painful for you?
I did put the lid back on to try and set it. :p

I'm quite enjoying it!!
I'm going to have to give it up for now as I can't risk setting off the tamper (again) as kids fast asleep.

I am stuck for time until Friday now, so please keep your eyes peeled.

"you have not done what i told you to do, and you have done what i never said to do" - you been talking to the missus?

Any further "simple"tips welcome.
Goodnight.
