Hi

I would suggest adding lighting and power circuits to the loft. I did that when I had the CU changed and lighting circuits rewired. Means i was able extend the ring main in the loft easily when I wanted to add a powered amplifier for the antenna.

Lights make working in the loft much easier.

include a bt point at lounge tv, useful for sky.
wall lights.
2 way switch over beds (or bedside lights).
loft light.
fans and shaver points in bathrooms.
wiring for heated towel rails.
underfloor heating mats.
cupboard lighting in kitchen.
large cable to outbuildings to allow for future expansions.
speaker wires in lounge for tv etc.

I recently installed a 400W Metal Hailide flood on a house, they had a big garden and wanted something that would really kick out some light for their annual halloween party.

I was invited and dropped in to take a look, worked really well.

Plenty of socket outlets for the TV area, and a single switch to knock the lot off at bedtime

Emergency lighting capability, great if you live in a rural area with frequent power cuts, makes it easier to find the candles
