As sad as it is to read about the death of an innocent child, when do we hold the child's mother accountable for her own actions?
And am pretty sure Javid said the child was a British citizen and would be allowed back into the UK, if the mother agreed. Besides, even if the mother had been allowed back in, why would Britain be responsible for her journey home? Would she had made it back already? Britain didn't put the girl/woman there, she did it all by herself.

I cant see the blame for the death landing at Javids door a great deal. He would have got really slammed if he had allowed her back.
I expect Diane Abbott will will jumping up and down.

Journalists and camera crews seem to be able to get in and out OK.
