How do I connect to this earth terminal?

Hi,
Can anybody please let me know, or point me in the direction of, the correct way to connect to the earth terminal on a Neff oven? (which looks exactly like the one in the image below)

Any help would be much appreciated.

Ideally You'll need to terminate a Ring crimp onto your Oven cable

Same way as the other terminals - wire goes under the left side of the screw (upper edge for the earth one), so that when the screw is tightened, the wire is pulled upwards and is prevented from moving too far by the metal tab on that side.

Thanks. I ended up wrapping the wire around, as I couldn't get hold of a ring crimp in time.
