How do i get this to stick to glass?

Head to a motor factors and ask for either number plate sticky pads or rear view mirror sticky pads. The former type will be strong enough, just clean the glass first.

I'll clean using this spray. Any particular holder which will accommodate phones if varying thicknesses? Find this one only holds thick phones
