Hi,

We have finally had some fuel oil delivered to the house we started renting nearly 3 weeks ago, but have no idea how to reset the Wallstar boiler - have a 3 month baby: hot water kind of essential (though we've been making do with boiled kettles!) Not sure what model it is, but am attaching some photos. There doesn't seem to be a reset button anywhere. Help would be vastly appreciated: have a lot of wet baby laundry I can't dry outside because of the rain!

Sorry the pictures are on their sides: having to do all this very fast with cranky baby!

Thank you, Lily

On the outside of the building remove the outside cover.
There will be a burner with a red light on. Press this will
reset the boiler.
You might need to do it a couple of times.

If the boiler has fully run out of oil it might be necessary to
remove the air at the pump by using an allen key on the pressure test point
and running the boiler until oil comes out.
