How do I retrieve an old Facebook post?

I put out a post about 2 years ago but accidently deleted it about 12 months ago.

Can someone kindly advise if there is any way I can retrieve that?

Ask a tabloid journalist. They've got copies of all facebook posts dating back to Anglo Saxon times.
