How do you join 2 laminate worksurfaces together

I think there is a product that allows you to join two pieces of laminate work surface together. We have a long run in our kitchen and 2 pieces of laminate work surface will need to be joined together. I think I remember a product that is countersunk underneath the work surface and then tightened to pull the work surfaces closer together, thus the join being less visible on the top of the work surface.

Can anyone advise please.
