How high should I tile?

I'm tiling a 'u' shaped cubicle. The shower door is 2m high. I have 2.3m height before the ceiling angles out (where a staircase butts into the ceiling).

I was thinking of tiling to 2m, the same height as the door so visually it all ties in. Is this high enough do you think?

The shower head is fixed and comes out from the wall at about 2.3m.

Take it up to 2.3m, or as close as a full tile height will get you.
If you have anyon euse it who's my height (1.95m) you'd be amazed how high water gets when it bounces off of your shoulder.

Dont forget to tile the whole room and relocate the shower head underneath it
