How long??????

Have just laid some 600*900mm 16mm? slate flags on sand/cement(3:1 mix)+diluted PVA to guage onto a dry but PVA sealed screed. Roughly how long before light traffic? Started off at approx. 3/4" but making a gentle slope to remove a small step resulted in about a 3.5" bed for a bit. Unfortunatly it is in the middle of the house and therefore the normal way between kitchen/upstairs so hopefully not too long!!!

sand cement screed will go off within 24 hrs. it won't achieve full strength for 28 days.

given that i think i would probably leave it for 3 days.

if you can't wait then i would put down some strips of plywood as walkways for a while.
