How much do you pay for energy?

In February, my monthly payment for dual fuel was 161.54.

It was upped last month to 221.33.

They have just emailed me saying I will be paying 313.30 from this month.

WTF??

Yes, but are they going to get the help that those on benefits are being lined up for. That's what I was eluding to.

It can be a cushy life on benefits with free everything. Not worth taking one of the millions of jobs that are available.

My street has a mixture of working households and benefits households. The houses with the lights always on are the ones run on public money.

While the workers, the tryers, the self employed, the ones that may need to hold down two jobs to get by will not get the same help as those that choose to just sit at home.

I've always said that those on the dole should do something for their money; something that helps the working population.
