Why do you need people in a "DIY" forum to offer you advice with regards to the rentable value of a pub?

Unwanted things are transpiring here.

The other videos on that YT account have been posted on this forum by someone else in the past, regarding nonsense enquiries about certain other buildings and locations.
and given the content of one of those videos, that YT account surely cannot belong to the organisation named in it.

Spotted that without looking at the Youtube video, it was the way it was worded, and the spelling mistakes that gave it away.

Having looked at the youTube channel, one video in particular makes me think that the OP is not affiliated with Mark Brearley & Co.

Why do I think that? Erm, the following video accuses them of ripping off tenants... and then calls them Hitler.

Were I to guess, perhaps the OP has a gripe with MB&co, but that doesn't make sense given that the OP has not maligned them here.

I dunno- and frankly, I don't care but I do get annoyed with people asking for advice and not be upfront in the first place.

Yeah, you clearly have a problem with them. That is obvious from your video. I am not saying that you have no reason to be pee'd off with them though. Apologies, this site get spammed frome time to time.

I am a decorator, from memory, you had some general builders and electricians reply to your post. With respect, I would not expect tradesmen to be able to guestimate the rentable of a pub which has been vacant for a while.

Can you not access the tax records of the people who ran it earlier. You can got to the HMRC companies site and get a verrrrry vague impression of the turnover of the pub prior to closure. If it was run by a chain, that will not help you though.
