How to change a citroen c3 front healdight bulb?

I have a 2009 CITROEN C3 VTR PLUS HDI and it should be pretty straight forward from changing over headlight bulbs but unfortunately even the manual diagram is different to the car itself.

After taking off the plastic protective cover, there is 2 wires connecting onto a black kind of box which has 2 clips metal slips on each side.

I have tried to push them clips back and try yank the black box back but its not budging.

Any ideas how to get this bulb out?

Slip into Halfords when they are not to busy, they might do it for you.

Two wire clips hold the back cover on. This cover must be replaced properly or the glass will condensate. The passenger side is very difficult to do, I think you may have to take the battery cover off to give more room. If you have to change the passenger side have a wee look at the clips on the driver's side, at least you can see them.
If you are still having difficulty I will scan the diagram from a Haynes manual for you. The manual is for a C3 (02-05)
It's not an easy job.
