How to fix this?

hi guys,

We have had a few Howdens oak doors fitted recently but now we have a problem where one of the door handles have been pulled off, tearing out the screw holes in the wood / woodchip. Do any of you experts have a suggestion how I can fix it?

bolt through fixings, such as these provided your locks and latches have holes for bolt throughs, most do

Ideally you would also have locking spindles so the handle clamp on booth sides leaving no torque at the handle escutcheon.
