How to Insulate the Dry Container?

Hi,
Can you suggest me, how to insulate dry container so it can be used for telecommunication equipment room with approx operational temperature of 20 degree celsius.

...and the thing is, he probably works for their equivalent of the BBC

Simple idea would be to batten out with timber, and fix insulation and plasterboard over, making sure to cut some air vents in. I don't know if they 'do' plasterboard in Indonesia though.
