How to join a mono pitch GRP roof to a conservatory roof with a trough gutter

I wonder can you guys help. I'm planning to build a small 3x2m extension to a conservatory and can't figure out the gutter system, or how to seal against the plastic frame and poly roof conservatory. The new build will have a GRP roof lining.
I've added a couple of images showing the overall design and the valley in question. As you can see in the detail the conservatory roof overhang is only 5mm. I have a void of 150mx100mm to play with.
